A SECANT job is a list of the cut pieces that are required, a list of stock materials that may be used to produce these cut pieces and a set of controls that limit the cutting patterns that are allowable (e.g. trims, saw blade loss, etc.). A SECANT job may be for a single material type or for a mixture of material types.
